Q. How do I measure for a Martingale Collar and how do I fit it?

A. We have provided a specific page within our website for you to see how to measure and fit a martingale dog collar. As these are closed loop collars, it is imperative to get the measurements correct.

Here is the link to our page for measuring and fitting martingale collars: HERE

Q. How do I know if the metal on your collars are strong enough ?

A. We buy within the UK from a highly reputable company who supply the Royal Household. If good enough for them then they are most definitely well up to standard. We use these hardware item particularly for use on large dog breeds and pully dogs. For our side clip collars for smaller breeds we import some of the side clip hardware from the Czech Republic but again these items are far better quality than you would ever purchase off the likes of eBay.

Each seam on the collars are double stitched for security with high quality threads. If a collar doesn’t meet our very high standards then we will just not sell it. If we don’t put them on our dogs, we will NOT put them on your dogs either !
